Automated heating system in Sala production hall

Automated heating solution for production halls leading to cost savings

Introduction

The main goal of Austyn International was to design and deliver an intelligent heating system of a production hall of company IN VEST (Sala, Slovakia) to significantly reduce gas consumption. The calculated savings were guaranteed by Austyn International.

Solution

The automated heating system contains:


1) MAG ME (measuring board ready to be connected to sensors as temperature, humidity, gas detection, etc.)


2) MAG CO (control board for devices as heaters, lights, pumps, etc.)


3) Web application based GUI with scheduler, individual device control, and other smart functions


 


Company IN VEST received the complete solution which has brought significant savings in heating and payback period of 2.5 years only. Inside the innovated hall there is a better distribution of temperatures than before. Modern and reliable cloud interface ensures comfortable remote control.

Conclusion

The multi-zone controlling allows to divide large spaces into the sub-networks and set various temperatures for every zone easily without the need of personal visit of every zone. Investment costs are also low due to the fact that thanks to the IQRF wireless technology no wires have to be installed.
