Monitoring and regulation of heat

We will help you with the requirements of the standard proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding temperature monitoring in rooms and its regulation.
Schools, hospitals, and authorities should lower the temperature and be able to document that the standard is being met. We have a solution for you that is proven, works and its deployment is fast.

Heat monitoring

If you do not want to immediately invest in temperature regulation on individual heating elements, even though we highly recommend it, you can use wireless temperature sensors that detect the temperatures in individual rooms.

You can then set the temperature of the heating medium centrally and it may be enough for you to meet the requirements of the standard.

You place the wireless sensors in the individual rooms, simply activate them and check whether they have the necessary range in the network. Use the ready-made IQAROS kit, which requires minimal technical experience of the user. For a reasonable price, you have visualized data from individual sensors in the central application, you will receive an e-mail alert if the temperature exceeds your set values, and once a day you will receive an electronically signed message with a list of sensor values as confirmation.

Heat regulation

If simply monitoring the room temperatures is not enough for you and you want to regulate them, we have a proven solution for you. We can regulate any heat source, from radiators heated by hot water, direct heaters or infrared panels, to specific types of heating in industrial halls.

A typical installation for schools and offices is by having thermostatic heads installed on your existing heating elements that remotely control the temperature in the room. It can respond to open windows by closing the valve, thus preventing unwanted heating in the room that is currently being ventilated.

There are batteries in the heads that are used in an optimized way, which results in a guaranteed 5 heating seasons without changing the battery. The heads are vandal-resistant thanks to a protective cover preventing unwanted rotation of the valve by residents. Everything is controlled from a central application that is included in the delivery. The application can be connected, for example, to the hotel reservation system or the lesson plan in classrooms. Exceptions can easily be defined, for example for schools during holidays or other days off.

At current energy prices, which are likely to increase in the near future, with proper regulation, a return on investment can be expected within 1 year.
