Mirantis acquired tcp cloud and became a new member

Mirantis is an American company, member of the OpenStack foundation and is related to open source technologies such as Kubernetes. Mirantis helps top enterprises build and manage private cloud infrastructure. Mirantis with its large experience have seen a potential in the project presented by tcp cloud at OpenStack Summit in Texas. Almost immediately company started negotiations about acquisition of perspective Czech company tcp cloud. The acquisition will support Mirantis' initiative with Google and Intel to enable OpenStack on Kubernetes by equipping Mirantis to continuously deliver OpenStack to customer datacenters.
In September the acquisition was completed and then the IQRF Alliance with Mirantis started to transfer the membership of tcp cloud to Mirantis. Now the process is finished and we are happy that we can welcome such a professional in the field of IoT among our members. Same as Mirantis sees a huge business potential in IoT, they also see huge potential in benefits derived from the membership in the IQRF Alliance.
